H.E. Dr. Nabil Al Yousuf, Chairman of Sadara Company. Previously served as Director General of the Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai – where he led the team that was in charge of developing Dubai Strategic Plan 2015. He also contributed in the establishment of several major initiatives, such as the “Dubai School of Government” and the ’Dubai Cares’ campaign. He was chosen as one of the Young Global Leaders by the World Economic Forum. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA, and two Masters Degrees – one in Operations Research from Georgia Institute for Technology, and one in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde in the UK. . In 2016 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree in Business Administration from The University of Strathclyde in recognition of his efforts to develop leaders.

Engineer Abdel Razak Al Salihiy serves as the Vice Chairman of Sadara. He has implemented and supervised the construction of residential complexes and multi-storey buildings in Kuwait and the UAE. He has come to be well known in the fields of consultancy and strategic development for investments through his professional experience that exceeds 25 years. He owns and operates Sky Hotel Apartments, Tecomas International Engineering Consultancy, and ConSoil (specialises in the control of technical standards, and building and construction material) in Ontario, Canada. Mr. Al Salihiy leads the way in promoting foreign direct investments in the Governorate of Dhi Qar and is currently engaged in introducing a 5 star hotel in Nasiriyah. Engineer Al Salihiy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Kabul University in Afghanistan. He also holds a degree from the Canadian Standards Association, and another from the American Concrete Institute.

Engineer Wael Al Lawati serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Sadara. He is the CEO of Omran, a leading real estate development company that is owned by the Omani Government. Mr. Al Lawati has more than 15 years of professional experience in various fields such as partnership projects between the public and private sectors, project management, contracting strategies, as well as promoting investments. Prior to Omran, he served as the Deputy CEO of The Wave – Muscat development in Oman. Overlooking the project from inception to construction, Mr. Al Lawati was involved in all aspects of master-planning, villa designs, sales, construction, and maintenance of the development. Engineer Al Lawati holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a number of certificates in real estate, hotel design and development from the Cornell University. He has participated in programs for executive education in Harvard Business School as well as IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Engineer Faisal Al Yousuf is a member of the Board of Directors of Sadara, in addition to being the Managing Director of “Pinnacle Holding” that is involved in various commercial and real estate activities. Since 2002, Engineer Faisal Al Yousuf has launched various real estate projects in the UAE market ranging from feasibility studies, concept development of architectural designs as well as overseeing development milestones, up to marketing and real estate management. Engineer Al Yousuf holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA, 1995, and then pursued his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.

Engineer Amer Al Fadhil serves as CEO of Sadara. In this capacity, he is in charge of the implementation and the final delivery and of the Liwan Project. Previously, Mr. Al Fadhil served as Vice President of Damac, the largest private real estate development company in the Middle East. In this role, Mr. Al Fadhil was involved in several international projects in Turkey, USA, Algeria, Croatia and others. Furthermore, he implemented best practices in real estate development across all Damac projects, in coordination with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Dubai. Mr. Al Fadhil also served as Vice President for The Wave – Muscat project, the US $ 2.5 billion development that has come to be known as the finest in Muscat. Throughout his tenure at The Wave, Mr. Al Fadhil was one of the team leaders responsible for initiating this project and overlooking its completion. Engineer Al Fadhil received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Louisiana, USA in 1993. He has also received many certificates from leading institutes in the fields of Marketing, Finance, Technology Management, and Economic Development.
